As a mom with a career, you are used to juggle a variety of divergent requirements,
Plan.
Prioritize.
Re-plan.
Re-prioritize.
Repeat.
Being under constant pressure is part of your everyday routine.
And yet, you might not even realize.
At least this is my observation working with many women like you.
In fact, that constant pressure is part of your routine, your comfort zone.
If you are like most of my clients, what does feel hard is to take a break.
A break...
...from everyday routine,
...from giving-up control,
...from the feeling that the everything (family, work, world) will fall apart.
How about instead spending some time on doing nothing?
Yes. NOTHING.
Or even better that doing nothing: start IMAGENING.
Imagine...
...how you would feel if you knew you loved ones will be perfectly fine while you spend some hours getting [put-in what you desire most right now]
...how much more energized you'd feel getting back from [what you put above]
...how you'd be WAY more patient with your loved ones as a result...
... because you had time to breath, to ponder, to calibrate
Trust me, if you're not taking a break once in a while, your body will take that decision for you.
So how about starting the weekend by doing something just for yourself?
What is it that you desire most right now? Let me know in the comments 😊
