Let's cut a couple of hours of sleep

The past weeks I was asked often if there is time for sleep in my busy days 🙂


Let me assure you: yes there is. Actually I am currently sleeping more than ever before as a Mom. Yet I deliver top results with ease at the workplace, am building my coaching business with passion and at the same time I am happier than ever before with my family life.


You probably already know that sleep is highly important for our physical and mental well being.


In fact I am convinced that a proper rest at night is key so that we have the power to outperform during the day.


When taking care of children, overdelivering in our jobs and meeting relationship related expectations all at once, sleep seems to be the easiest and most natural thing to reduce so that everyone's ends are met at the end of the day.


What most people don’t realise is that with the cut in sleeping hours and the increase of the stress level, the quality of sleep is sacrificed too.


More often than not, we do not even realize our unhealthy sleeping patterns until we reach a point where we no longer function.


* Because we are overwhelmed easily and close to tears way too fast

* Because we have a hard time to fall a sleep and/or we no longer sleep through

* Because the brain-circus is unstoppable

* Majority of days you feel like you are only surviving but not really living


I hear you. I’ve been there, got that T-Shirt too.


The following steps helped me to establish healthy sleeping patterns:

* Calm down my brain-circus

* Set a vision and break down into clear goals

* Setting boundaries and staying in integrity

* Balance my male and female energies

* Subconscious reprogramming
